Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through USPS and other trusted shipping carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Meadow Bluff Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Meadow Bluff Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at meadowbluffco@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our tallow-based products may soften or melt during transit during warm weather. If this occurs, place the product upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it returns to its normal consistency. Temporary melting does not affect product quality or performance.

Local Pickup

Customers in the Salt Lake Valley may choose Local Pickup at checkout to avoid shipping charges.

Pickup orders are available by appointment only. Please wait for your pickup confirmation email before arriving. Once your order is ready, we will contact you with pickup details and available pickup times.
