At Meadow Bluff Co., every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Because of the nature of our skincare products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is lost during transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at meadowbluffco@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it promptly. As a result, we cannot guarantee order changes, shipping address updates, or cancellations after an order has been submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

A complete ingredient list is provided for every product. Please review all ingredients carefully before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Natural Product Variations

Because our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, scent, and consistency may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality or performance.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our tallow-based products may soften or melt during transit in warm weather. If your product arrives softened, place it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it returns to its normal consistency. Temporary melting does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product and is not eligible for a refund.

Scent & Texture Preferences

We understand that scent and texture preferences are personal. Because our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on individual preferences regarding scent, texture, or color.
